JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 14-10-2015 Mr. Rana Bhupendra Narain, learned Assisting Counsel to Government Pleader No.9 while filing a show cause on behalf of the Principal Chief Conservator of Forest informs that the order of this Court passed in the writ proceedings have been complied and that an order has been passed by the Principal Chief Conservator of Forest on 22.6.2015 disposing of the claim of the petitioner.

In the circumstances and as submitted by Mr. Uma Shankar Verma, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner this contempt application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner, if so advised, to question the order dated 22.6.2015 enclosed at Annexure-B by filing an appropriate application

Patna High Court MJC No.2244 of 2015 (4) dt.14-10-2015 before the appropriate forum.

Mr. Uma Shankar Verma submits that the copy of the order passed by the Principal Chief Conservator of Forest has not been communicated to the petitioner. Let the same be communicated to the petitioner by the Principal Chief Conservator of Forest, if not already communicated. It is further stated by learned counsel that certain documents filed by the petitioner are lying with the Principal Chief Conservator of Forest. The petitioner would be at liberty to make an application before the Principal Chief Conservator of Forest in this regard and which shall be considered and disposed of accordingly.

The contempt application stands disposed of.
