It would appear that in course of investigation, the statement of the victim was recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and in her statement recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C., the victim stated that she has voluntarily solemnized her marriage with co-accused Ranjit Sahani.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection
