2. The petitioner is claiming stepping up of his pay at par with the beneficiaries of order issued by the Civil Surgeoncum-Chief Medical Officer, West Champaran, Bettiah dated 20.05.2023 ( part of Annexure-P/7 series).

3. It is submitted that the petitioner will be making detailed representation for his claim placing reliance and claiming parity with the beneficiaries of order dated 20.05.2023 (supra).

4. In view of such submission, the present proceeding requires no adjudication. The writ application is disposed of

Patna High Court CWJC No.12661 of 2023(2) dt.04-10-2023 2/2 with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation within two weeks before the Civil Surgeon, Nalanda (respondent No. 4). 5.If such application is filed, it is needless to say that the same would be required to be considered by a reasoned and speaking order(s) within a period of three months thereafter.
