JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-03-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1 (a) For issuance of the writ in the nature of Mandamus directing and commanding the respondents to pay allowance of refreshment and fooding to the petitioner in the light of notification dated 15.09.2020 issued by the Secretary, Finance Department, Government of Bihar, as the petitioner had discharged his duty in late light

(b) For issuance of the writ in the nature of Mandamus directing commanding the respondents to and pay arrears of salary from November 2018 to December 2018 and increment for the 2019 year & 2020 to the petitioner, as the matter of fact is that the petitioner had already discharged his duty in the month of November and without December assigned any 2018 reason but the salary of the petitioner withheld by the respondent no. 7 and not paying the same till date."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
