2. The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 23.05.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 14935 of 2023 whereby the petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail with a direction to surrender before the Court below within a period

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63976 of 2023(2) dt.22-09-2023 2/2 of four weeks.

3. From paragraph 4, it has been recorded that due to laches on the part of the learned Counsel for the petitioners (Mr. Swapnil Kumar Singh himself) the order could not be communicated which delayed the process.

4. In that view of the matter, the order dated 23.05.2023 is modified subject to the payment of Rs. 5,000/- by the learned Counsel for the petitioners with the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee and receipt thereof has to be submitted before the concerned Court at the time of the execution of the bail bond.

5. The period of surrender is extended by next four weeks.

6. The modification petition stands allowed.
