Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

One stolen motorcycle is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 3.12.2015.

Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and claim of the petitioner is that he had purchased the said motorcycle. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of this fact that having similar allegation one co-accused Rakesh Chaudhary has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 02.03.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. no.9550/2016, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two
