The petitioners seek bail in a case instituted under Sections 30 (a) and 37 (a) (b) ( c )of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It has been submitted that there is allegation against the petitioners of preparing and selling country made Mahua liquor. It is further submitted that they have got no criminal antecedent. Petitioners have been implicated in the present case only on the basis of suspicion. They are in custody since 5.3.2017.
