The present modification petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking modification in the order dated 04.04.2024, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20723 of 2024, whereby the petitioner was granted thirty days' time from the date of receipt of the order to surrender before the learned trial Court in connection with Baisi PS case No. 399 of 2023, for extending the time by further two weeks, on the ground that due to certain personal reason the petitioner could not surrender in time as mentioned in the order dated 04.04.2024.

In view of the aforesaid, the order dated 04.04.2024, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20723 of 2024 is modified

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62056 of 2024(2) dt.04-09-2024 2/2 to the aforesaid extent and two weeks' further time is allowed to surrender in terms of the order dated 04.04.2024. 4.

Accordingly, the modification petition stands disposed of.
