=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 02-08-2017 This application was filed seven years back in the year 2010 seeking transfer of a matrimonial dispute. With the passage of time the matrimonial dispute which was initiated in the year 2007 would now have been decided.

That being so, now after a period of more than seven years I see no reason to direct for transfer of the proceedings. However, in case any grievance still subsists with regard to the matter, the applicant will have liberty to initiate fresh proceedings as may be permissible under law.

Patna High Court MJC No.4937 of 2010 dt.02-08-2017 2/2 With the aforesaid, the matter stands disposed of. (Rajendra Menon, CJ) P.K.P.
