JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-08-2019 After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the order dated 14.5.2019 passed by the Assistant Inspector General, Registration by filing an appeal.

Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner files an appeal within a period of four weeks from today, the demand sought to be realized from the petitioner shall remain stayed till the passing of the final order by the appellate authority, however subject to the petitioner complying with the statutory provisions.
