JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be mother-in-law of the deceased and is languishing in jail custody since 28.02.2016 in a case registered under section 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The deceased appears to have died within three weeks of her marriage in other than normal circumstances but, admittedly, other-in-laws of the deceased have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 04.11.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32613 of 2015. Moreover, husband of the deceased has already been sent to jail custody.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12416 of 2016 (2) dt.18-03-2016 2/2 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Harnaut ( Chero) P.S.Case No. 24 of 2015.
