Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chandan P.S. Case No. 126 of 2016 registered under Section- 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated accused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide orders dated 01.05.2017, 09.05.2017 and 23.05.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 7521 of 2017, 22170 of 2017 and 23719 of 2017. Petitioner is in custody since 02.12.2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25725 of 2017 (4) dt.29-06-2017 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. S.
