2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for initiating an appropriate contempt proceeding against the Contemnors /Opposite Parties and to impose adequate punishments upon them after holding them guilty for deliberate and willful disobedience of the Order dated 21.09.2020 (Annexure-1)

Patna High Court MJC No.2034 of 2021(3) dt.11-03-2026 2/3 passed by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Sudhir Singh, in C.W.J.C. No.17731 of 2018 (Shanker Prasad Singh V/S The State of Bihar and others), whereby and where under the writ petition filed on behalf of the petitioner has been disposed of with the following directions:- "The petitioner is directed to file/make a representation before the Respondent No. 4.

If any, such representation is filed/ made by the petitioner. the respondent No.4 shall pass an appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of filing/making of such representation. In case the petitioner is found entitled for any admitted dues relating to his post retiral benefits, the respondents will be under obligation to make payments of the same within a period of three months from the date of passing of final order on the representation of the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation and direction,

Patna High Court MJC No.2034 of 2021(3) dt.11-03-2026 3/3 the present writ application stands dispose of but, the aforesaid Order dated 21.09.2020 has not been complied with till the date on one wrong pretext or the other.

Show cause of opposite party nos. 2 and 3 is on record and the learned State counsel has taken this Court to the order vide memo no. 33 dated 20.01.2022 passed by the Managing Director of the Bihar State warehouse Corporation to show that a reasoned order has been passed by which the relief has been granted to the petitioner to the tune of Rs. 4,14,920/-.
