The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30A of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that 70 litres of country made liquor is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 06.03.2017. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case as carrying 70 litres liquor on motorcycle in dickey and hand is highly improbable. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. There is no

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-VII, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Sathi P.S. Case No. 30 of 2017.
