The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 472 of 2017 registered under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent. He has been implicated in this case only on suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail
