ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 09-03-2017 This case has been listed under the heading „To Be Mentioned‟ at the instance of learned counsel for the petitioner. It is pointed out that in the order No. 7 passed in the present case, the date of the order has been wrongly recorded as "27.10.2017" in stead of "27.02.2017". The said discrepancy appears to have occurred on account of typographical mistake which has got unnoticed. The same is accordingly corrected and the order No. 7 shall now read as to be dated "27.02.2017". It also appears that the name of the Respondents have been wrongly recorded as Shiv Shankar Choudhary which should also

The order dated 27.02.2017 is modified to the extent indicated above only.
