The name of petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused who was caught on the spot. Petitioner voluntarily surrendered before the court below on 08.12.2015 and since then he is languishing in jail custody. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate,1st class, Patna in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S.Case No. 644 of 2015.
