JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-381, 411, 420 of the Indian Penal Code. According to prosecution case itself, petitioner was employee of the informant and so-called stolen gold wire was recovered and produced before the police by the informant himself.
Contention on behalf of the petitioner is that the informant brought this false case against the petitioner, when the petitioner demanded his wages.
Considering the above-said facts and circumstances
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12074 of 2016 (2) dt.17-03-2016 2/2 of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 498 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Shri Madhvendra Singh, learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Patna.
