The petitioner seeks bail in Galgalia P.S. Case No.76 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Section 7 of the E.C. Act.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has committed no offence and has falsely been implicated in this case. The allegations made in the FIR are false and frivolous. The petitioner is rotting in jail since 25.01.2017 and has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
