The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No. 41 of 2022 registered under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to dirty village politics. Petitioner is a Panchayat Teacher. Further he submits that the petitioner has already submitted his resignation from the service to the District Education Officer through registered post, as recorded in supplementary affidavit (Annexure-3). Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Sub-Judge-cum-A.C.J.M.-VI, Begusarai in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No. 41 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
