2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. 7.38 liters of foreign liquor has been recovered from a ditch behind the barren field of Santosh Rai.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner and he has been made accused only on suspicion. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent of similar nature.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58102 of 2023(2) dt.05-09-2023 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Excise Judge, Court No. 1, Buxar / concerned court in connection with Koransarai P.S. Case No. 69 of 2023, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
