Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-25(i-B)A/26 of the Arms Act.
One loaded country-made pistol and one cartridge are said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner when the petitioner and others were arrested by the informant. Prior to institution of the present case, petitioner was made accused in altogether 11 cases but in all the above-said cases, except in one case, i.e. Chautham (Mansi) P.S. Case No. 10 of 2000, the petitioner has already been acquitted after full-fledged trial, which is evident from the averments, made by the petitioner at paragraph-3 of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail custody

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 416 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Sri Balendra Shukla, learned A.C.J.M.-V, Begusarai.
