07. 02.09.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner seeks bail in Lauriya P.S. Case No. 131 of 2012 (N.D.P.S. Tr. No. 60 of 2012) registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 353 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-B)A, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act and Sections 22(c) and 23 of the NDPS Act pending before the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, West Champaran at Bettiah. From the Report of the S.P. West Champaran at Bettiah it appears that the trial has almost come to an end. In view of such, I am not inclined to review the earlier order refusing bail to the Petitioner. The prayer for bail is once again rejected.
