The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Tr. No. 1736/2017 arising out of Complaint Case No. C1771 of 2016 registered under Sections 406, 420, 387, and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the case arises out of a complaint and the allegations are predominantly civil in nature,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35894 of 2018 (2) dt.02-07-2018 in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Areraj, East Charmpran in connection with Tr. No. 1736 of 2017 arising out of Complaint Case No. C-1771 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
