Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the only material that the petitioner has remanded in this case from an another case in which he has arrested and accept the confessional statement of the petitioner. There is nothing against the petitioner there is neither any recovery and not T.I.P., has done and the petitioner has remanded in this false case on 21.01.2016.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Pachrukhi (Sarai) P.S. Case No. 242 of 2015.
