Petitioners apprehends arrest in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No. 126 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30 (A), 30, 38 and 41 of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case due to dirty village politics. Nothing have been recovered from the conscious possession of these petitioners. Further the alleged Bolero Pickup Van does not belong to any of these petitioners.
