The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a complaint case in which process has been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of assaulting the wife of the complainant and stripped. The accused persons also assaulted the complainant.

No.30853 of 2014 (3) dt.19-03-2015 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is omnibus and general and for the occurrence of 8.3.2013 the complaint was filed on 14.3.2013 when the petitioner side registered Patori P.S. Case No. 32 of 2013 on 23.2.2013 making accusation under sections 341,323,325,379,447 and 504/34 IPC. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the delayed lodging of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Samastipur in connection with Complaint Case No. 392 of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
