So far as the left over seven petitioners are concerned the third supplementary show-cause indicates that steps have already been taken for payment of their dues and rightful claim. The details of the bills so passed and forwarded to the treasury as well as some of the payment already made have been indicated therein and some more letters of confirmation has produced by State counsel in this regard. Be that as it may, Contempt Application stands disposed off with the hope that the Treasury Officer concerned will expedite the matter with regard to the payments to the petitioners.
