This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of order dated 21.08.2018 passed in CWJC No. 2235 of 2018, wherein, this Court had disposed of the writ petition with an expectation that the District Magistrate, Patna shall take a decision on the application of the petitioner for grant of Arms

Patna High Court MJC No.3087 of 2019(3) dt.02-05-2025 2/2 licence to the petitioner.

3. Opposite party Nos. 3, 5, 6 and 7 have filed a show cause, wherein, in paragraph No. 12 it has been stated that the application of the petitioner for grant of licence was considered and after due consideration, the same was rejected by an order dated 22.02.2020 vide Memo No. 1027, a copy of which has been annexed as Annexure - D to the show cause.

4. On perusal of paragraph No. 12 of the show cause filed by the opposite party Nos. 3, 5, 6 and 7, I find that the order dated 21.08.2018 passed in CWJC No. 2235 of 2018 has been duly complied with by the respondents.

5. In view of the above, this contempt application stands closed and disposed of.
