Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Deo P.S. Case No. 29 of 2017 registered under Sections- 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the owner of the truck in question. He has no concern with the alleged occurrence. More over, petitioner has deposited the challan for the entry of loaded truck in the State of Bihar. Petitioner is having the required papers for the loaded truck. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25911 of 2017 (3) dt.25-07-2017 2/2 surrender within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Deo P.S. Case No. 29 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
