The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner has transpired during course of investigation only on suspicion. Except suspicion, there is no evidence to show complicity of petitioner in the aforesaid occurrence. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65421 of 2021(3) dt.06-07-2022 2/2 furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - III, Rosera (Samastipur) in connection with Hasanpur P.S.
