The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

This case has been filed on account of fact that other person was appointed as Anganwari Sevika. It has been pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioner that complainant has given application to the District Program Officer and he did not find any merit in the application of complainant and as such filing of criminal case is nothing but mere an abuse of process of court and has wrongly given a cover and colour of criminal case where as it is merely a service dispute between the parties.
