Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 306, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with other accused persons killed the niece of informant for non fulfillment of demand of dowry.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased and she is separate from the deceased in mess and property. There is no specific allegation against this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 26.06.2021 and investigation in this case is complete. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
