23-11-2015 Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the University, in my view, there has been substantial compliance of the orders of this Court. However, learned counsel for the petitioners submits the petitioners having acquired Doctorate qualification have not been given by way of additional remuneration. Be that as it may, if any further grievance, as alleged, is unredressed, the petitioners would make representation before the Finance Controller of the University who would decide the same by speaking order and communicate the same to the petitioners within one month of the representation being filed.

With this observation, this application stands disposed of.
