JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One live cartridge is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 23.01.2016.

No doubt, petitioner does have criminal antecedent of several cases but the present case has been lodged only for the offences punishable under Arms Act.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Kotwali P.S.Case No. 42 of 2016.
