====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE A. ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 13-10-2025 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of 'Admission' with the consent of both the counsels.

2. As it is stated by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that the work allotted to the petitioner has been completed in the year 2015 and thereafter the petitioner has given a suitable representation in the year 2016

Patna High Court CWJC No.13334 of 2024(3) dt.13-10-2025 2/3 and followed it up with other representations. Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of the court to the representations dated 14.10.2016 (Annexure- P/2) and 21.04.2024 (Annexure- P/3) submitted by him to contend that he has been pursuing his remedies with the authorities but till date the amounts have not been paid. Learned counsel has submitted that a direction may be given to the competent authority i.e. Respondent No. 6 (The Executive Engineer) to consider the same and make the necessary payments.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents State has submitted that the petitioner has kept quite for a period of almost eight years before he has approached this Hon'ble Court. Further, learned counsel has stated that the representation given by the petitioner may not be available in the office of the Executive Engineer and the petitioner may be directed to give a suitable representation ventilating his grievance along with the requisite documents and the same shall be considered in accordance with law.

4. Having regard to the above, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to give a suitable representation to the Respondent No. 6 duly enclosing the copies of the documents relied by him within a period of four

On such representation being given, the authority shall consider the same strictly in accordance with law and pass necessary orders within a period of eight weeks thereof. If any clarification is sought, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of submitting the same. In case the authority comes to the conclusion that the claim of the petitioner is genuine, they shall make necessary arrangement for payment of the amount due. In case the authority comes to the conclusion that the claim of the petitioner does not merit any consideration, they shall pass a reasoned order giving the reasons for such rejection. If any order is passed, the same shall be communicated to the petitioner.

5. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
