In this case, the petitioner is seeking appointment to the post of Chaukidar on the plea that he has worked as Chaukidar up-till 1996 and, thereafter, he was not allowed to join. Earlier, he had approached this Court in C.W.J.C.No.8641 of 1999 and this Court vide order dated 15.04.2004 refused to grant any relief. Again, in the present case, he is making an effort for his selection.

The case of the petitioner cannot be reopened or reconsidered in the present writ application as the matter has already been decided by this Court vide order dated 15.04.2004.
