The petitioner wants to renew his prayer of bail, which was earlier rejected vide order dated 12.08.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50940 of 2014, on the ground that the petitioner is in custody since 19.04.2014 but the trial has not been concluded as yet and in near future the trial is not likely to be concluded to which learned APP opposes.

In the facts and circumstances stated above, finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer of bail of the petitioner, again his such prayer in S. Tr. No. 862 of 2014 arising out of Shahpur P.S. Case No. 72 of 2014 stands rejected. However, considering the period of detention the trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as
