The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Complaint Case No.825 of 2013 registered under Sections 323, 354, 406, 504, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of allegation made in the complaint and that the petitioner is sufficiently an old lady, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, she is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City in connection with Complaint Case No.825
