The petitioner seeks bail in Khaira P.S. Case No. 53 of 2021, registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, two unknown miscreants, on the point of pistol, looted cash and mobile phone of the informant.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that name of the petitioner has come during course of the investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused Vijay Yadav. No looted article has been recovered from the conscious possession of petitioner and till date, he has not been put on T.I.P. Petitioner is in custody since 07.08.2021.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Jamui in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 53 of 2021.
