Petitioner is accused in connection with Kadam Kuan P.S. Case No. 367 of 2015 registered under Sections 302/120(B) of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, the name of the petitioner has been disclosed by Anjum Md. Eqbal, who is also not named in the F.I.R. Except that, there is nothing against the petitioner to show his involvement in the present case. It is submitted that petitioner is in custody since 26.08.2015.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13707 of 2016 (2) dt.19-04-2016 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of J.M., 1st Class, Patna in connection with Kadam Kuan P.S. Case No.367 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be parents or close relatives of the petitioner.
