The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Forest Case No. 21/F of 2011 registered for the offences under Sections 33, 41, 42 and 53 of the Indian Forest Act. Petitioner was taking out stone illegally from the forest area. The tractor with loaded stone has been recovered. The Forest Guard has named the petitioner in the prosecution report.

Considering the above facts, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
