This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Special Case No. 01 of 2013, disclosing offences under Sections 20, 22 and 24 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act and 25(1-B), 26(ii) and 35 of the Arms Act. Earlier by an order dated 21.03.2014 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 6413 of 2014, this application for regular bail filed by the petitioner was rejected. Subsequently, the petitioner had filed another application renewing prayer for bail, which was also rejected by an order dated 22.10.2014 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 39849 of 2014.

I do not find any ground for granting the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17168 of 2016 (2) dt.04-05-2016 2/2 regular bail, as his earlier applications have already been rejected. This applications stands rejected.

The Court expects that the trial in the case is expedited.
