Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No. 586 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case at the instance of the persons in enemical terms with this petitioner. He further submitted that the present F.I.R. has been lodged after one and half months of the alleged occurrence without any explanation for the delay. Nothing has been

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Muzaffarpur in connection with Muzaffarpur Town P.S.
