The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A), 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that minor daughter of the informant has been kidnapped by the F.I.R named accused persons including the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to some previous dispute. It is further

It is also submitted that during trial relating to the other co-accused person namely Rama Shankar, the victim has retracted from her earlier statement and denied the allegation as levelled against the petitioner in the F.I.R. She denied to have been abducted by anyone and stated that she of her own went to her maternal aunt. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Mejorganj P.S. Case No. 101 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down
