JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA) 17-12-2015 In the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent No.4 it is stated that the impugned order of detention dated 26.10.2015 of the District Magistrate, Bhagalpur has not been approved by the State Government by order dated 6.11.2015, which has been annexed as Annexure-B/1, on the basis of which the District Magistrate also by his order dated 6.11.2015 has dropped the proceeding.
