Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner was pillion rider and according to prosecution case itself, at the time of alleged occurrence, the motorcycle was being driven by co-accused, Rezwan, who has already been granted privilege of bail by this court vide order dated 17.03.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11940 of 2016. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
