Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court giving liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail, if his trial is not concluded within six months.

Learned trial court has reported that charge against the petitioner was framed on 28.11.2016 but up till now, only four prosecution witnesses out of eleven proposed prosecution witnesses could be examined.

Although learned court below has sought six months more time for conclusion of the trial but considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as observations given by this court in previous order dated 01.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 45446/2016, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction
