JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 30-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-435, 385, 387, 307 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections-16, 17 & 18 of U.P.P.A. Act. It appears that except confessional statement of coaccused as well as some criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is nothing against him. The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since long but uptill now; he has not been put on test identification parade.
