Patna High Court CWJC No.16331 of 2019 dt.31-08-2020 2/3 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned counsel for the respondents.

It is submitted by learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners that most of the grievances of the petitioners have been redressed, except arrears of salary, certain amount of GPF and the insurance.

Learned counsel for the Mines Department submits that the petitioners may file a representation with respect to their remaining grievances.

In view of the above submissions, this Court directs the petitioners to file a comprehensive representation substantiating their reaming grievances within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order before the Principal Secretary, Department of Mines and Geology, Government of Bihar, Patna (respondent no.2). In the event such representation is filed, respondent no.2 would be obliged to dispose of the same and ensure payment of remaining admitted dues to the petitioners, if any, within a period of two weeks from the date of representation. Needless to state that if respondent no.2 does not find favour with the petitioners' grievances or its part thereof,
